3. Student ID and Account

A Student ID may be associated with a user's account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Account termination or deletion may be carried out by an authorized administrator in accordance with Top Target's procedures. Users may contact support regarding account-related requests.

4. Free Courses and Coupon Codes

Top Target may offer free courses and may provide coupon codes that make a course free or provide a discount. Coupon codes may be subject to specific eligibility, validity, usage, and course conditions.

Top Target may cancel or restrict a coupon where misuse, fraud, technical error, or violation of the applicable coupon conditions is identified.

5. Premium / Paid Courses

Some courses and educational services are chargeable. Course price, duration, access conditions, and other applicable details may be displayed before purchase.

Access to a paid course is generally linked to the purchasing/enrolled account and must not be transferred or resold without authorization.

6. Payment

Payments may be processed through Razorpay and its supported payment methods, which may include UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other available methods.

Transaction information may be processed by Top Target and the applicable payment service provider for payment verification, order management, and support.

7. Course Content and Intellectual Property

Videos, PDFs, notes, questions, tests, graphics, logos, text, course material, and other content provided through Top Target are owned by or licensed to Top Target or the respective rights holders.

Users must not copy, reproduce, record, sell, redistribute, publicly upload, commercially exploit, or otherwise misuse paid or protected content without prior authorization.

8. Account Sharing and Misuse

Sharing paid account credentials, attempting unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, distributing course material, or using the service for unlawful purposes may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Live and Recorded Classes

Class schedules, availability, and recorded content may change because of academic, technical, operational, or other reasonable circumstances. Top Target may modify schedules or content when necessary.

10. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific conditions displayed for the relevant course or service.

11. Technical Availability

Top Target aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, internet/network problems, hosting issues, payment service issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

12. Educational Disclaimer

Top Target provides educational content for learning and examination preparation. Reasonable efforts are made to provide useful and accurate educational material, but no guarantee is made that every item will always be completely error-free, current, or suitable for every learner.

13. Third-Party Services
